What does my rate include?
Guest’s rates are inclusive of your accommodations, use of outdoor facilities including the pool, miles of hiking and biking trails, volleyball and basketball courts and wide open spaces that can be used for a multitude of outdoor activity. Your rate will also include continental breakfast daily.
Is there a bar or restaurant on property?
Bar services will be made available for all guests during their stay and times and locations of these services will be posted. It is not permitted to bring alcohol to Eastover. Eastover Hotel is a family friendly vacation destination and we ask that all alcohol be consumed at the appropriate place of service.
What is in my guest room?
Our guest bedrooms all vary in size and the number of guests that can be accommodated but have the same basic amenities. As a dedicated recreational facility, there are no televisions at Eastover Hotel. All guest rooms are finely appointed with five-star quality bed and bath linens. While minimally adorned, the guest rooms at Eastover Hotel are comfortable, well-maintained and welcoming for the single traveler and family alike.
What should I pack?
As for any outdoor area, we suggest that you pack sunscreen and bug spray for your outdoor adventures. Feel welcome to put the bikes in the car as well. Don’t forget your bathing suits, hairdryers and irons.
Can I bring my pet?
There are no pets allowed at Eastover Hotel with the exception of service animals.

Amenities
Eastover Hotel is proud to offer 550 acres geared towards enjoying nature and time away from the hustle of everyday life. Guests are encouraged to use all of the outdoor sporting facilities including the trails that can bring you many places including October Mountain State Forest, The Berkshire Scenic Railway and the Appalachian Trail.
Sporting facilities include newly renovated tennis courts, basketball and sand volleyball courts, the indoor and outdoor pools, and wide open space.
After enjoying Eastover’s facilities by day, guests can enjoy the local attractions that make the Berkshires such a special vacation destination. Eastover is in close proximity to the many restaurants, museums, and cultural attractions that draw travelers from all over to the Berkshires.

Guest Rooms
All of Eastover Hotel’s guest rooms are simple, yet well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Many of the rooms have been upgraded from simple wallpaper changes and fresh paint to new bathrooms and bedding. Our bed and bath linens are five star quality. In keeping with our desire to focus the resort on its’ amazing natural beauty and the facility use, there are no televisions in any guest rooms. All guest bedrooms have private bath but do not have hairdryers or irons.
The Virginian
A home-like setting, the Virginian is a two level, 14 room lodge that sits at the center of the guest housing area. The Virginian has many rooms of varied sizes, able to accommodate two to seven guests. Some rooms are a cozy setting for a couples’ getaway while other are meant for family stays with large baths and sleeping arrangements to accommodate everyone in your party.
The Carolinian
A two level, 18 room lodging unit sitting with an amazing porch view of one of Eastover’s gorgeous garden walkways, The Carolinian accommodates parties of two or three. Each room has a double bed and a twin bed. Some rooms in this building adjoin for groups wishing to travel together.
The Georgian
Just opposite the Carolinian and sharing the garden walkway view, the Georgian offers eleven spacious guest rooms, some of which adjoin, perfect for families. The rear view of the building looks directly at October Mountain, providing an amazing backdrop when relaxing in your guest room. Seven Georgian rooms offer king sized beds with twins while the remainder have two doubles and a twin.
The Ranch House
A twelve room guest lodge, the Ranch House has a log cabin feel with comfortable rooms accommodating three to five guests. All guest rooms have two double beds and a twin bed. There are four sets of adjoining rooms for those that are traveling as a group and two larger corner rooms for families that need lots of space.
The Plantation
The Plantation is a fun building for people to gather in groups of four or six with bunk beds and simple dorm style accommodations. There are twelve guest rooms with an amazing view. It’s a sleepover atmosphere perfect for everyone to kick back and relax and enjoy each other’s company.
