Eastover

It's more than a hotel

Built in 1910 by New York City stockbroker Harris Fahnestock, Eastover is one of the historic "cottages" of the Berkshires built during the Gilded Age where the wealthy took their leave into the country side to enjoy privacy and relaxation. As it was then it is now.

Located on over 550 acres of woodlands near Lenox in the Berkshire Hills of Massachusetts, Eastover Hotel is a three-hour drive from New York City, two hours from Boston and one hour from Albany, New York. Although Eastover is in close proximity to large Metropolitan areas, Eastover is miles from the rat race and busy city life.

At Eastover, some say the stars are brighter, the air is sweeter and the vistas stretch the Imagination. It provides the perfect escape to visitors who want to unplug from the busy outside world and delve into a peaceful balance of rustic beauty, sprawling landscapes and simple elegance. Eastover is a place to find balance and perhaps to find yourself.
