Virginian
Is there anything more exciting than family reunion? If you are looking for a private place to unwind and enjoy your time together, the Virginian has exactly what you need. This location offers astounding views and peaceful tranquility. Most of the Virginian’s spacious rooms offer two double beds perfect for one family or for larger families; we offer rooms with two double beds and a cozy sofa bed. Seeking a more private stay at the Virginian? We offer cozy rooms with one double bed, perfect for a couples’ get-a-way. Each room at the Virginian offers a private bathroom; most with bath tubs, others with showers.
Plantation
What’s more fun than a party? The Plantation offers the perfect setting for four to six groups of children, teens or singles to enjoy simplicity and fun in a dorm setting. There are twelve rooms in Plantation; two of them are large corner rooms with six twin beds; the other ten rooms have four twin beds each. While children will love the fun sleepover atmosphere, singles can enjoy a group setting to catch up and unplug from their busy city lives. Staying at the Plantation is like experiencing the joy of summer camp for the first time or all over again - there’s nothing more exciting than that!
Georgian
If you dream of having a serene stay in the Berkshires, The Georgian provides the perfect combination of tranquility and appointment. The Georgian offers eleven spacious rooms; some adjoining offering larger families or groups a perfect lodging solution. Each room has a newly renovated bathroom as well as a light and cheerful design. This one floor building offers a quiet environment to kick back or catch up with as many or as few people as you like.
Carolinian
Looking to be in the mix at Eastover? The Carolinian, a two-storied building built in 1966 is the most conveniently located building at the resort. Situated in middle of the guest buildings, the Carolinian provides a great view of all the happenings. Rooms in the Carolinian are medium sized; each room has both a double bed and a twin bed - a perfect solution for a small family or a couple. The décor offers guests natural wood wainscoting and newly wallpapered walls as well as a newly renovated private bath.
The Cottages
Looking for a more private stay? We have the perfect solution! The four cottages at Eastover: Yankees, Lincoln, Lee or Davis each offer three rooms and private baths; perfect for a private gathering for large families or groups. The Cottages, surrounded by beautiful flower paths, are situated apart from all other buildings giving you a chance to enjoy a more private stay away from the busy life at the resort.
The Ranch House
Experience the beauty of the Berkshires in each room. Imagine the calming sense of nature surrounding you, the Ranch House at Eastover brings the comforting tones of nature into the décor of all twelve spacious rooms – the perfect match for any guest, larger family or group. Each room at the Ranch House offers two double beds and a single bed as well as a newly appointed private bath.
