Our normal rates range from $180.00 to $340 and vary by season and room type. We only have 23 rooms installed with AC, book early if AC is important to you!

15% discount when you stay with us on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

20% discount when you book a 7 night stay.

20% discount buy out - no cancellation, minimum stay 3 days.

25% discount when you stay a month.

All of Eastover Hotel’s guest rooms are simple, yet well-appointed bedrooms with private bathrooms. Many of our rustically elegant rooms are adjoining which is very accommodating for children and extended family. Over the past three years there have also been many upgrades, from simple wallpaper changes and fresh paint to new bathrooms. Our bed and bath linens are five star quality and many of our rooms are outfitted with 42" flatscreen TVs.

We encourage you to take advantage of our amazing outdoor natural beauty and the extraordinary sports facility which promotes community living. To help reduce greenhouse gases, some of the rooms are installed with ECO friendly AC units. Eastover is much more than a hotel, and just being on the grounds is an experience, featuring a 550 acre nature preserve and sanctuary with beaver ponds, wetland, bridges, and sweeping views of Mount Greylock and October mountain.

In the town of Lenox and minutes to Tanglewood, Eastover is right in the cultural center of the Berkshires.If you choose to stay on-site, you can find solace and meditate everywhere or you can spend quality time with your loved ones and enjoy seasonal outdoor activities such as hiking through wetland to the Appalachian Trail, tennis lessons, golf lessons, croquet, volley ball, an indoor heated pool and sauna.
